Workouts for Spring Break!

Monday: 30 mins easy run & big 12 core workout

Tuesday: 25 Mins… after 5 mins of running do 2 mins hard 1 min easy X 5…. finish any remaining time with easy running & BIg 12 core

Wednesday 20 mins easy running

Thursday:  25 Mins… after 5 mins of running do 2 mins hard 1 min easy X 5…. finish any remaining time with easy running & BIg 12 core

Friday: 20 mins easy running.. big 12 core workout

 

Great job so far in the season… we only have a few weeks until zone.. everyone that is healthy is cutting down times by huge portions!

Corbin franco: Broke school record in the 2400: 8:25.. old school record was 8:37

Trenton Kelly: Ran 5:35 in mile.. 10 secs from School record

Sarah trammel: 6:08… 15 secs from school record

 

We are improving greatly! Keep up the great work!
