Tuesday: 25 Mins… after 5 mins of running do 2 mins hard 1 min easy X 5…. finish any remaining time with easy running & BIg 12 core

Wednesday 20 mins easy running

Thursday:  25 Mins… after 5 mins of running do 2 mins hard 1 min easy X 5…. finish any remaining time with easy running & BIg 12 core

Friday: 20 mins easy running.. big 12 core workout

Great job so far in the season… we only have a few weeks until zone.. everyone that is healthy is cutting down times by huge portions!
